You can build stronger legs by doing wall sits. Start by finding an empty wall that fits your body. Stand with your back to the wall, approximately 1 1/2 feet away from it. With your back pressed to the wall, slowly start to slide down. Keep bending your knees and place yourself in a sitting crouch along the wall with thighs and ground parallel to each other. You should hold this position until you cannot stand it any longer.
